What a delight to discover this blog and your loving tribute to Edward Duke. I knew him too. For some strange reason, he had been on my mind lately and I realized that I have no photos of him. I googled his name and found the pics you posted. They brought back a lot of fond memories. I met him when he was doing Jeeves in Toronto during the 1980s. I was more a friend than a fan, and we kept in touch for several years after he left town. I knew that he wasn't well and we lost touch toward the end. I was sorry to learn of his passing through a mention in the paper. Thanks for immortalizing him here in cyberspace. I know he would be tickled. Cheers!
